Having a serpentine top with two leaves, above a shaped base fitted with a flush mounted, dovetailed drawer, standing on four fluted legs. Cherry throughout with pine secondary drawer construction. Retains an old or original stain and varnish finish with the exception of the top which has been cleaned. Walnut knob appears to be original. Connecticut River Valley, probably Deerfield area.
