Having tulip shaped finials above four arched slats, with scrolled arms. The turned and shaped posts with intermittent ridged turnings are mortised into shaped rockers. Birch retaining an old or original red painted surface. Having an interesting old tin reinforcement to rocker/post joints on the right side.  New England, probably New Hampshire. Circa 1840.
